I have had the privilege of helping a wide range of people find their way to wellness, but today was a bit unusual. I spoke on the phone with Angelique Caro, a victim of the Orlando shootings. She was shot in the arm and her lung. Beyond the good medical care she has received, she would like to restore her health as much as possible. I offered her a number of pointers for ensuring that her healing processes could do their job as quickly as possible, hopefully with minimal scarring.
